The Caraudio-Systems CAN-Bus interfaces are easy to use and can be purchased in either Universal or Plug & Play format and now they are software upgradable as well.
These are high quality systems that don’t require any programming or learning that will convert CAN-Bus signals so that aftermarket accessories can be easily installed.
The following outputs are provided:
- Key Presence or Ignition
- Illumination
- Speed Pulse
- Reverse Gear
- Steering Wheel controls for the following Radios:- Alpine , Pioneer, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood and Zenec
Note:-
- Please confirm that the radio being installed has the required input for steering wheel controls. The connection can vary but it is usually in the form of a 3.5mm jack plug.
- Please make sure that you advise us of the brand of radio you are installing when ordering.
This is a Plug & Play kit that wil work on the following Mercedes Benz vehicles with a 10 Pin ISO connector:-
- C-Class W203 until 3/04
- E-Class W210
- CLK W208
- CLK W209 until 3/04
- SL R230 until 7/04
