Will it fit my car?

The APX FO1 kit is built for the Ford Falcon FG X (2014–2016) and Ford Territory MK2 (2014–2016). Call (07) 3137 2727 or contact us with your vehicle details and we’ll confirm it before you buy.

Will I lose any factory features?

All core features of your FGX and Territory are retained, including your original dash buttons, steering wheel controls, vehicle settings, parking sensors, reverse camera + dynamic guidelines, factory amplifier and climate display still all retained. The iDatalink Maestro module integrates the new head unit with your car. The only feature not retained is the factory CD player however the eject and CD button can be reprogrammed to perform other functions.

What’s included in the kit?

Everything you need in one kit: the Kenwood DAX8000XDS head unit, the APX-FO1 direct-replacement kit, the iDatalink Maestro module, a headunit adaptor and an additional required accessory. All parts are provided ready for a seamless plug and play install.

Do I need to modify the dash?

No. The APX-FO1 kit uses the factory FGX and Territory panel, so there’s no cutting or modification, and it still remains factory.

Does it have wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?

Yes. The Kenwood DAX8000XDS runs Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless or wired. It also has built-in DAB+ digital radio and Bluetooth, on an 8″ HD touchscreen.
