This product is a plug and play cable that connects into the factory Auxiliary Camera Input at the back of the vehicle. Its a plug and play connection with built in Composite to Differential conversion. 

It will allow you to connect a Trailer or Caravan Camera to the vehicles factory camera system and view it on the factory Ford Sync 3 system. When combined with the Camera On Demand system (See Part #1417 under related items) you will even be able to view this additional camera while driving along with a number of other enhancements to the factory system.
